ADDITIONAL SERVICES
BIOMECHANICAL ASSESSMENTS
Using LEOMO, EO SwimBetter and video analysis, we can determine your strengths and areas of improvement in order to optimise your athletic and endurance performance.

LEOMO can help us monitor and optimise your form and performance in running and cycling. It enables us to track and improve pedalling efficiency, running stride efficiency and motion fatigue during training.
EO SwimBetter measures the applied force of your hands, analysing your stroke. This data insight informs the optimisation of your technique.In conjunction with the above, we use video recording to analyse your swimming, cycling and running and identify how to improve your technique and efficiency.

METABOLIC ANALYSIS
We can help you increase your endurance performance by creating a full metabolic profile, using Inscyd as well as lactate analysis.

The INSCYD Performance Test enables a high level of granular analysis to increase endurance performance by creating a full metabolic profile of an athlete. INSCYD is one of the scientifically validated measurements of glycolytic power (VLAMAX).
Lactate analysis gives incredible insight to assess endurance, devise optimum training programmes, avoid overtraining, and use metabolic information to help set target heart rate zones.
1-ON-1 PRIVATE SESSIONS
In addition to the core coaching program, we offer private sessions. These extra sessions provide hands-on, real-time guidance that goes beyond remote training.

With direct in-person feedback and technique corrections, athletes can refine their form, improve efficiency, and fast-track their progress. These sessions offer a deeper level of assessment, immediate adjustments, and personalized drills tailored to individual strengths and weaknesses—ensuring every moment of training is optimised for peak performance.
SWIM SQUAD
Swimming is significantly more technique-oriented than running and cycling, due to hydro-dynamics and the density of water. Fundamental to improving swimming technique is long-term, consistent time spent in the water.
We run a weekly swim squad on Sunday mornings in Fremantle. It’s a great way to maintain that consistency, while getting extra coaching in a group setting.
RACE SIMULATION & TRAINING CAMPS
We conduct several race simulations and training camps prior to major events during the year, including (but not limited to) Busselton.
This is a great way to ensure you are as prepared as can be for race day.

BIKE SIZE & FIT
The right bike fit can improve your comfort, reduce your risk of injury, and increase your performance.
If you don’t have a bike or want to know the right size bike to buy, we can also consult on this.
